The apartment consists of a "sejour" (living room) with dining and kitchen areas, two good-sized bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. One bedroom has a large double bed whilst the other has two single beds- all beds are generously proportioned and suitable for adults. Facing southwest, the apartment enjoys beautiful mountain views, enhanced by a pleasant terrace, which has table and chairs for outdoor eating.

Every convenience is provided to help you enjoy your holiday. Kitchen facilities include oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The bedrooms are furnished with particularly comfortable beds, thick duvets and coordinating bed linen and pillows. Colour television/ D.V.D. player and C.D. player are also provided. A ski locker is provided for convenient and safe storage of skis. There is ample parking right by the apartments and guests also have use of a private, locked garage - ideal for cars and bicycles!

Les Refuges des Outalays is in a fantastic location, you can walk or ski from just by the apartment. The pistes are just yards from the apartments and the Children's "jardin" (snow garden) and beginners area is very close by. The centre of Chinaillon, with grocery shops, a butcher, supermarket, tourist information, cinema and restaurants/ cafes, is a few minutes walk away. There is also a nearby ski bus stop, which provides buses to other parts of Chinaillon, le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz. In the summer you can stroll up the hillside, from the apartment, to beautiful mountain restaurants, the chairlift to the top of le Lachat and the telecabine (cable car) down to le Grand Bornand.
